Meet the Chandler Football Booster Committee
Ashley Taylor, President
For Ashley Taylor, Chandler football is about the community built around it. As a mom of players in the program, she wanted to do more than just sit in the stands. She saw an opportunity to give back, create lasting memories, and make sure every player feels like they belong.
“I believe every kid wants to feel seen and be part of something bigger than themselves,” Ashley shares. “My goal is to create an environment where the players feel loved, supported, and connected, like they’re part of a family.”
As the Booster Club President, Ashley’s role is focused on bringing people together. Connecting with parents, nurturing relationships in the community, seeing the players bond and grow, is what she thrives on in building a strong, supportive program.
Ashley wants parents and the community to know one thing: the booster club is here to make the Chandler Football experience unforgettable for every player and family. “We can’t control wins, losses, or playing time, but what we can do is make sure every player walks away saying, ‘I loved being part of Chandler Football.’”
Kristi Sauni, Treasurer
Kristi Sauni got involved in the Booster Club to create lifelong memories for her sons and every player in the program. She firmly believes that parents set the tone for their children, and being part of the booster club is her way of leading by example. Instead of standing on the sidelines, she chose to jump in, contribute, and make a difference.
As the booster club treasurer, Kristi wears many hats. While her official role involves managing finances, she’s just as involved in supporting the booster president, helping with concessions, and coordinating team-building activities.
For Kristi, the booster club is as much about community, as it is fundraising. She wants families to know that every player benefits from their efforts, and there’s a place for everyone to pitch in. All you need is a willingness to support. She believes that when parents step up, it strengthens the program and the bonds between families. And when that happens, the players take notice, too.
Her message to parents? "Get involved, because it takes a village. When we show up for our kids, they show up for each other."
Lorraine Arnold, Secretary
For Lorraine Arnold, the program is about the people. She got involved with the Booster Club because she saw firsthand how much the players and coaches pour into the program and wanted to do her part in creating an environment where they feel supported, valued, and encouraged.
As the Secretary, she keeps parents and supporters informed, ensuring everyone stays connected. But her role is not just note-taking, she’s a key part of making things happen behind the scenes. From planning events to organizing fundraisers, she loves knowing her efforts directly impact the players and their experience.
The most rewarding part of being in the booster club for Lorraine, is seeing the joy on the players' faces when they take the field, knowing they have an entire community behind them.
Her message to parents and the community "The Booster Club is a family, not just fundraising. Every bit of support, big or small, makes a difference in these players’ lives. When they see us investing in them, it inspires them to work harder, believe in themselves, and carry that confidence into everything they do."
